I'm a highschooler and I find myself enlisted as a hero to save Cloud City. Perhaps it's a dream? There were moments where fantastic things were happening interspersed with everyday vignettes like doing homework or going to school. Things fizzled out and I think the ending was that Cloud City was destroyed, but I couldn't tell you how I got there since it was still in an underdeveloped state.
The writing was fun and I enjoyed doing things like like solving a math problem. Additionally, the images you used were great companions to the text and I hope you will continue to expand this part of the experience.
Please let us know when this is done. Would love to keep playing it more.
I'm a high school student living a normal weekend, doing the daily same route. But there is some strange activity going on. The ending I was ENDING: I don't believe in ghosts. I ignore all the weird stuff that happened and decided to sleep early that night. There was little audiovisual media used, so more sounds would bring more success. The whispering sandwich I wonder if it was all in my head.
I am a high schooler whose day gets interrupted by some strange events. I played twice and got the I don't believe in ghosts ending and then I think I dead ended after checking out the corridor. Aside from the potential dead end, I didn't run into anything. I enjoyed the whimsy of this, especially when the sandwich started whispering and I do hope that you get the chance to finish this at some point.
You play as a kid who gets transported to a different world, highlighting clouds and fairies. I got multiple endings as I played through, the first was the "I don't believe in ghosts" one, then the one where the cloud city got destroyed. As I played through, I hit a point where the game was still in an outline format, which is understandable because it's still in development, but it was still a bit sad since I was engaged in the story. I wish I felt like the choices were a bit more meaningful but also guided? I didn't really know how to "save" the city necessarily, so I was just stumbling through daily activities and ended up destroying it.
Overall, the game has really good potential and I'm excited to see where you take it
I played as a high schooler going about my daily routine, when I get transported to a sandwich dimension. I got the ending where a flaming meteor hits the building in front of me, and another ending where I don't whisper to the sandwich and just go to bed early. I didn't really have any issues. I liked the images, the cloud city looked pretty cool before it was violently destroyed lol. I know it's unfinished, but I hope to see more of the cloud city and have some more choices that give me more agency as a player.
I play as a average high school student that was summoned by fairies to save the fairies in cloud city. I got the ending of failing to save cloud city:( I enjoy the world building going on so far! also enjoying the intereactiveness with near by characters / mother:) the visuals also supports the narrative, I do wish to see the city of clouds rendered since the description was so engaging and interesting.
I play as a high schooler going through my day, my mom lectured me about not skipping so I didn't but I encountered a ghost. I got the “I don't believe in ghosts” ending where my sandwich whispered to me. Nothing really hindered my playthrough. I enjoyed the shadow image. It unsettled me but I was scared of my mom so I went to school. I enjoyed my talking sandwich, I thought it was silly.
I played again but got to Cloud City this time. I got the ending of Cloud City being destroyed and I stayed in my world. Liked the asteroid pic, I wouldn't have been able to imagine without it. I liked talking to the fairies!
I played a high school student who was picked to save the world with absolutely no preparation. The concept of Cloud City is mentioned in the story, but since the game has not yet been completed, I am not sure about its core.
I got to the end where Cloud City was destroyed, and the second half of the process was very brief, I guess because the game was still just an outline. The picture that appears when introducing Cloud City is very cool!
You play as a highschool student who goes to a new world! I got the ending where you stay in cloud city :) I wish it was finished! I like the worldbuilding you have going on and the pictures you have included so far are great! I love the concept of a highschooler having to save the world but also not wanting to get in trouble with their mom. As for what you have right now, I think more imagery and playing with text would help a lot with your worldbuilding. Maybe the fairies talk in italics and a different font or something? Maybe switch the background color from when we're in the real world vs cloud city? I think some more ambiance things to show that difference would help with immersion a lot :)
I play as a high schooler who is actually the chosen one for a world called Cloud City and I'm destined to save them. I wasn't able to find the branch in time, so the city got destroyed.
The pictures helped give some visuals, but the game overall is just an outline in this state, so I can't say too much about the actual gameplay.
The storyline itself doesn't personally interest me much, as the way it's currently presented it feels very basic in the "I'm a teenager who is the chosen one and needs to save the world without having any qualifications to do so" way, and there's not enough characterization of the protag or people of Cloud City to make me feel more invested in it or look past its cliches. It would be interesting to at least see a twist on the chosen one genre where the protagonist is more reluctant about being the chosen one, or that Cloud City is something they're hallucinating fully (which seemed to be kind of hinted at?). This is just my personal take however, and the direction the story goes is ultimately up to you :3
I play as a high school student who has some weird dreams! My first ending was where I just ignored everything lol ;-;
I didn't find any issues in the playthrough. I know the game is unfinished but I'm really excited to see it more fleshed out, it seems like you have a really clear plan! The images helped me somewhat to understand what was going on but also felt a little unintegrated and distracting. However I'm sure that will just come with time and when it's finished
I love the worldbuilding for Cloud City, I was a really imaginative kid so this felt super personal and exactly like something I would make up to pass the time during middle school lol. It's very realistic in that sense but also super funny and fantastical. It's really great so far!!!
I play as a high school student trying to get through the day. I got the ending where I think my sandwich is talking to me. So I should probably get more sleep. while the game is a bit bare-bones at the moment, there is some potential for a fun text game.
I was a normal high school student playing video games, until I was summoned to cloud city to save them. I refused and went on living a normal average life. I feel like as my days passed that there was less and less text than before which gave me a feeling that this ending wasn't as fleshed out. The pure white color makes me think of the sky and clouds which ties back into the cloud city. I'm glad that I could answer the math question correctly.

Definitely unfinished, but a really strong start.
